Personalisation is available on selected Country Road product. Customers can choose up to 9 characters for personalisation.

Personalisation of selected Country Road product is available online at countryroad.com.au, countryroad.co.nz, countryroad.com.

Personalisation is not available in Country Road stores, but stores will be able to order personalisation on selected product on your behalf.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details submitted are correct, including correct spelling, font type and colours.

Country Road will not be held responsible if the customer provides incorrect information.

Once a personalisation order is placed, this order is final and Country Road is unable to amend any orders.

Personalised product will take 3-6 business days to be delivered to your nominated address.

If your order contains non-personalised items, please consider ordering them separately to ensure a faster delivery.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods.

Normal delivery fees apply.

Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for a change of mind.
